Migrant Crisis and Serbian Political Scene: Rightist Criticize Government

Srdjan Nogo, a former member of the Serbian Movement Dveri’s presidency, and, as of recently, an independent Member of Parliament, went as far as to threaten Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic with hanging, should they decide to open Serbia’s doors to 1.2 million migrants sent back from Western Europe. Dveri is a right-wing political group that has joined a new opposition bloc, the Alliance for Serbia. In the wake of Nogo’s threats uttered during a show released on Youtube, there was not much else to do for Dveri but remove Nogo from all party offices, yet he retained the seat in the Serbian legislative body.
